FAQ: How to setup Notifications in CareVision
Answer:
Go to https://newportal.carevision.com/

Username and Password is the same as what you use in CareVision Management Portal

Click Settings

Click Notifications Settings

Type in the notification you are looking to enable

Let's say we are going to enable a notification in a mobile app.

Under Actions Column, click the pencil icon to set up notification

Set:
Notification Name desired
Channel - since we already opened the settings for mobile app notification, no need to make changes to this
Select Recipient Type - this is the permission the staff belongs to
Select Recipient - to further specify the people who will receive the notification from Recipient Type
Title - name of the Article
Content - name of the article or you can put a concise description, optional field.
Enable/Disable toggle - switch to turn on/off the notification
Once done with the setup, make sure to save by clicking UPDATE NOTIFICATION buton.

Once you publish an Article, the recipients should receive something like this:

If email notification is enabled:
