FAQ: Can the Site Admin manually checks in for the field care staff?
Question: Can the Site Admin manually checks in for the field care staff that forgets to check in on the CareVision application?
The system does not enable the Site Administrators to check in on behalf of the field care staff, however there are other capabilities that mean it may not be necessary.
While It is advisable for the Field Care Staff to check in on the application so as to keep track of the time, duration and location when the staff member checks in on a booking, it is also possible to record details to ensure the service is billed and paid appropriately on a booking. These options include:
- On the booking line items recording them / setting them to bill and pay based on scheduled time
- On the booking line items recording them / setting them to bill and pay based on a custom start and end time
- On the booking adding travel, or call out fees with client custom KMs
While this is no substitute to the team members checking in and out on time, and at the right location, this allows your admin teams to control the way the item is billed and paid.
