Overview
CareVision has the ability duplicate a booking for a client directly on the schedule board. This process is used if a Rostering person needs to allocate a client booking to multiple Staff members.
Scheduling Page
Open the Schedules > Teams
You will see the duplicate button on the lower left side of the booking card.

Duplicate button icon only appears on the booking card after allocating the book to a Staff member.
Click on the duplicate booking button on the booking.
A confirmation of the dupication request will appear.
Click YES to duplicate the client's booking.
Once this booking is duplicated, the duplicated booking will have a 1 hour advanced time duration, but you can always edit booking date and time can be edited by clicking on the [i] icon.
Click on the edit icon to edit the Start Date, Start Time and Duration of the duplicated booking

When you have updated the duplicated bookings Save and Publish your changes.
Calendar
We can also duplicate booking via Client calendar.
Click on any booking. On the bottom left corner, click Duplicate button.
It will create a Once-off/Adhoc booking based on the original booking.
Save the duplicated booking.
