Client Details on a Booking
Overview
Bookings carry details about the service that a client requires an Organisation staff to do. This also includes some of the client's details since these are needed information for the staff. Bookings can be seen on the mobile app and on the management portal. Discussed here are the places where the Client Details are shown.
Where in the Management Portal?
Bookings can be viewed in the management portal thru different places / pages
They can be accessed thru the Calendar section of the Client Profile
Service Orders on the Client Profile
Calendar section of the Staff profile
by clicking the booking name on the Service Review Page
Where in the mobile app?
Bookings can also be viewed on the mobile app
Check the Calendar section and open a booking. Go to the Client tab to view Client Details
