How Externally Delivered Bookings are Displayed on Scheduling Board

This document describes the recent updates to the Scheduling Board to enhance your team’s scheduling experience. Externally delivered services are not scheduled by your teams and can add extra items to the schedule board. With this update, you now have the flexibility to filter these items out of view, keeping your schedule board clean and organized.

How Externally Delivered Bookings Are Now Displayed

With the latest changes, all bookings marked as externally delivered are now hidden from the Scheduling Board by default because the Include Externally Delivered box in the filter form is left unticked. This means that only internally delivered services are displayed unless your organisation chooses to include externally delivered bookings by ticking this box.

Example

For example, client Amelia Adams has a booking named Personal Care scheduled for delivery on July 31. This booking is classified as an externally delivered booking.

To View Externally Delivered Bookings:

  1. In the left menu bar, click the Schedules section.

  1. Then, click Teams or Teams V2.

  1. In the filters, tick the checkbox labeled Include Externally Delivered. This will allow you to view all externally delivered services on the Scheduling Board.

  1. Click Apply.

  1. Click the Filters icon.

  • In this example, filter by client to display only the specific client mentioned in the scenario above. You can set filters based on your business scenario.

  1. In the lower part of the filter, verify that the Include Externally Delivered box is ticked. This reflects the action you performed earlier.

  1. Click Apply Filters.

  1. In the upper section, view externally delivered bookings on your Scheduling Board for the corresponding date. In this example, the externally delivered booking Personal Care for the client Amelia Adams is displayed.

This update helps streamline your scheduling view while still allowing access to all relevant booking information when needed.
