Case Notes by Types Report
Your support workers create hundreds of case notes every day. And the content of each case note is vital for your client's overall health, well-being, and other important details that will help them improve their quality of life. It can be a suggestion from a doctor, informational support from a worker, or just updates about the client. With this report section, managers can easily track case notes by type and gather data from them.
Quickly review the type of case notes and their content entered in the CareVision system daily, weekly, and monthly. An example of Case Note Types is physical therapy updates, falls recorded from a client, or conversations that are essential for reporting with other support workers.
