Care Plans/Scheduled Service Section in Client Profile

After a quote is accepted, a draft Client Care Plan is automatically created in the Care Plans/Scheduled Service section of the Client Profile. This section is used to set up and manage the client’s service schedule, which is later used for rostering and assigning staff.

  1. Open the Client Profile.
  2. Select Care Plans/Scheduled Service.


The Care Plans/Scheduled Service section allows coordinators to update important care instructions, define service goals, and organise recurring services based on the client’s needs. It serves as the central place where the client’s care requirements and service schedules are documented.

The Care Plan is an essential part of the client profile because it determines how services are delivered on a regular basis to meet the client’s needs. It outlines:
  • What type of support the client should receive
  • How the support should be delivered
  • Who is responsible for delivering the service

Care plans are created based on each client’s individual needs, so they may vary from client to client. However, all care plans serve similar purposes, including:
