Bulk Export or Email Staff Rosters

Send PDF copies of your staff schedules to ensure there is business continuity in times when there are connectivity issues or if your staff members do not have a mobile device for the day.

The staff rosters contain:
  1. Service Date and Time
  2. Client's Name
  3. Client's Address
  4. If the service is from a care plan or a once-off service request
  5. Instructions to staff member
Here's how you can send or download staff rosters in bulk:
  1. Click on Settings > Exports on the Main Menu

  2. On the Exports page, select the Export type "Staff's Print Calendar Schedule"
  3. Add a date range that covers the services you wish to export

  4.  If you wish to send or download the roster for a specific staff or group of selected staff, click on the Limit to Selected Staff Only filter.

    You can select all or turn off the filter if you wish to send/download for ALL staff
  5. Choose the orientation of the file. Best practice is to use PORTRAIT
  6. Click on SEND TO EMAIL to automatically send to your staff members based on the email addresses provided on their staff profile. If you wish to download a Compressed ZIP folder, press Download.
  7. Wait for the system to finish sending or downloading. DO NOT EXIT out of the screen.
