Booked Services Report
For the Booked Services Report, all data form your booked client services will be available in this report. You can easily utilize the filter functionality to help you out and narrow down the data that you need.
The difference between the Forecast Services and the Booked Services Report is that the prior (Forecast Services) displays data derived from care plans availed in your organization, not the actual booked services; on the other hand, booked services are scheduled services for your clients
This report visualizes the data based on the Service Review page of the Carevision Management Portal and the services rendered per booking.
The Y-Axis indicates the number of hours being rendered based on the Service Name (or Service Category depending on the setting on the filter) and the day it is being plotted against on the X-Axis
Each time you click "Search Bookings" button, the system fetches and recompiles the data based on the bookings on indicated on the "Search Bookings" date period input.
The dates you indicate prior to searching for the Bookings matter, so please be mindful
You can also view the report by the Service Name or Service Category on the filter menu (click the filter button in order to view the menu)
A table can bee seen below the line graph in order to view a more detailed listing.
The table data also represents the graph points and are also affected by what ever bookings filtered on the date range
