Adding Profile Photos

A high-quality profile picture leaves a great first impression.
Part of completing a support plan requires the organization to add profile photos for a Client or a Lead. It's a way for support teams especially the newly onboarded teams to identify their client.
Teams on the other hand must have profile photos in order to help rostering teams to easily distinguish between staff members.

How to Add Profile Photos

  1. On the left side Main Navigation Menu, select from either Client, Teams, Family and Friends or Volunteers section.
  2. Go to the profile where you want to add a photo for.


  3. Hover on the default profile photo and click on EDIT Photo
  4. You will be asked to select a photo from your device storage. 

  5. After you have selected a photo press SAVE CHANGES. If you want to choose again, click RESET

NOTE: Optimal sizes for profile photo is 4:4 ratio or square. example: 300 h x 300 w, 500 h x 500 w.. or larger,
