Adding and Updating client Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Knowing a client allergies and dietary requirements is important for all care workers no matter the service delivered to ensure the clients' safety.  Adding them to the Client’s Profile is considerably straight forward, just add a name and a description about the allergy and it is available to your teams on the mobile app at the point of care. 

The following shows the steps in creating a new Goals, Conditions, & Treatment Plan in CareVision. 

Navigate to Clients Section under the PEOPLE module and open a client profile. 

Under Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements bar, Click on Create New. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to fill in details for creating requirement.


Complete the Allergy or Dietary Requirement Form, entering the appropriate details on Allergy or Dietary Requirement and Allergy or Dietary Requirement Description and save.
