  1. Sleepover Billing Category Types updated UI for usability

Multiple Funding Resources Considered for Fee Calculations - The HCP management fee can now be handled in the quotes and contracts module by linking this fee to all the funding that the client is receiving. We introduced a new attribute of funding source type so that the fee could be calculated correctly based on all funding the client is receiving. i.e. HCP management fee to be calculated based on all HCP packages of the client. Only active funding sources of the client will be taken into the calculation, past/outdated funding sources will not be included to make sure that the fee is calculated accurately.

Add option to set a single invoice number in the invoice output file for each client so that all items in the output for a client are on one invoice number, to be used in conjunction with use custom invoice prefix and start number. This should be added as a parameter to the invoice endpoint and when turned on it will apply a single invoice number per client in the file. . If this is turned on, the user MUST enter the Custom Inv Number and Prefix. When this option is selected the invoice date needs to be the to date not the booking date.

  28. We have updated the User Interface of Quotes that are already Archived to make it obvious to the user that these quotes cannot be edited. This improvement will prevent your teams from wasting time updating an archived quote and then not being able to save the changes. Don't forget you can Copy an Archived Quote and it will create a new Draft Quote with the dame details, so if you do want to reinstate a previously archived quote it is easy to do so by making a copy.
