  • You can now easily download client calendars as separate emails and PDF formats in bulk.
  • Every time you are prompted to select the appropriate related funding on the quotes and fees section, the list will now show items relevant to the client.
  • In this update, when you add a funding source type on a fee time for a client, it will only show the funding source type items that are available for the client. This is to avoid mistakes in inputting other funding sources.
  • You can now use the drop-down selection in the references on funding source templates.
  • We have improved the portal scheduling area; you can now view scheduled bookings on the first day of the month in the generated calendar.
  • Previously, the department filter was not displaying even the client was affiliated with the department. We have resolved this issue; you can now view departments affiliated with the client.
  • When you cancel print format for your client's calendar, a prompt or status will show 'cancelled'.
  • We have added a select all button on two fields: Qualified & Available and Qualified but Not Available when looking for preferred carers in the list of plans and calendar section.

  • If a sleepover takes the entire booking duration, the pre-booking time category billing category will not be applied.
  • We worked on another update for the invoice export, particularly the limit to outlet ID. We also limited the fees based on the outlet ID that the fees are linked to.
  • You will now see improvements in forms; you will now be able to view if the team can access the form if it is empty or not set.
  • You will now see improvements in the performance of scheduling recommendations in scheduling pages.
  • Improvements have been made on the timezone view when creating an ad hoc booking.
  • We have removed the ability to edit archived quotes. Once a quote has been archived, your staff member may not be able to edit it anymore.
  • Organisations can now set who can view each case note type, by setting limitations on active/inactive circle security roles. If a case note is a type that can only be viewed by the Patient Admin, then any accounts with other active roles will not be able to view it.
